Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and DeliveryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. This position requires night shifts and involves rotating weekend and holiday schedules as needed. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to laboring patients and managing high-acuity cases in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients.Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Utilize advanced technology and equipment in patient care, including Triton and SurgiCount.Float to multiple locations as required, including MAU, MBU, and OBSC.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Labor and Delivery.EPIC experience is required.Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.AWHONN Intermediate certification is preferred.Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations with a focus on patient safety and quality care.Unit InformationThis position is located in an 18-bed unit dedicated to Labor and Delivery.ScheduleThis role will involve a night shift schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the expectation of working every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.Additional InformationThis opportunity is open to first-time travelers, offering a chance to gain new experiences in a dynamic setting.
