Do you enjoy turning exact specifications into flawless parts? Do fast-paced days fly by when you’re dialing in setups and chasing microns? If so, you might be the Precision CNC Lathe & Mill Operator we’re looking for.

What you’ll handle

• Setups from start to finish: alignment, calibration, tooling, and workholding
• Reading and applying blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Live monitoring of runs; making offsets and adjustments to protect quality
• Routine maintenance that keeps equipment in peak condition
• In-process and final inspections to verify accuracy and spec adherence
• Data entry and recordkeeping for traceable production history
• Team collaboration to improve processes and throughput
• Strict adherence to safety and housekeeping standards

You’ll be a match if you have

• A high school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education preferred)
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery
• Comfort reading prints and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and related equipment
• Ability to work solo and cooperatively with the team
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
• Basic computer skills for data capture and programming edits
• Willingness to take on flexible hours and overtime as production requires
