Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT with Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at addressing various mental health issues faced by individuals and families. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating therapeutic plans for couples and families. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to explore personal perspectives. \n
- Addressing diverse mental health challenges, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches to ensure effective treatment. \n
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with state guidelines and organizational policies. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services as necessary. \n
Your role will focus on serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, who may be experiencing various challenges such as relationship conflicts, adjustment issues after divorce or separation, and psychological trauma. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of families by promoting healthy communication, coping mechanisms, and emotional resilience.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships. \n
While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in therapy focusing on couples and family dynamics, as well as those with specializations in areas such as grief counseling or trauma-informed care, will be highly regarded. Flexibility in availability, including the willingness to work 30 hours or more per week, is also preferred.
Compensation and Benefits\nWellspring Shift Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
