Investment Banking Analysts are an important part of deal teams, work closely with senior-level bankers, and are responsible for assisting in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for public and private companies. This in-person role will be in the firm's Newport Beach, CA office. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and marketing materials for client and internal use Conduct industry, company, and market research to support deal origination and execution Support due diligence processes, including data room management and coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors Analyze financial statements and public filings to assess company performance and valuation Coordinate with senior bankers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail Roth Capital Partners, LLC is a relationship-driven investment bank focused on serving growth companies and their investors.
