A Brief Overview

The Auto Business Direct Sales Agent / Marine Financing Coordinator is a customer service and sales-oriented role responsible for managing the end-to-end marine financing cycle and supporting growth initiatives across marine and auto business lines. This position owns the Online Sales Leads process from lead intake and follow-up through conversion to a booked deal while coordinating closely with dealers, internal operations, and the marketing team. The role also supports lease retention efforts, identifies and manages client retention opportunities, and provides administrative and operational assistance to the Office of the Auto Business Director.

What You'll Do

• Manage the complete marine financing cycle, including customer/dealer communication, documentation follow-up, and coordination with internal teams through booking and post-booking support.
• Own the Online Sales Leads system: monitor lead queues, ensure timely outreach, document activities, and drive lead conversion to booked deals.
• Deliver high-quality customer service across inbound and outbound channels, ensuring clear guidance on products, next steps, and required documentation.
• Support the Lease Retention program by coordinating renewals, identifying at-risk accounts, and executing outreach and follow-up actions.
• Partner with the marketing team to support dealer-facing marketing efforts (campaign coordination, dealer communications, and tracking of lead outcomes).
• Manage client retention opportunities generated when clients request payoff/balance information through the call center, including proactive outreach and offer coordination.
• Identify, route, and support Commercial Fleet financing opportunities, coordinating with appropriate internal stakeholders to progress deals.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (lead status, customer interactions, documentation, and pipeline reporting) to support visibility and compliance.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Office of the Auto Business Director, including scheduling, coordination, and preparation of routine reports and materials.
• Performs any other related task assigned by Supervisor.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline Preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, financing/loan processing, or an administrative role in a financial services environment Preferred.
• Experience with marine financing and/or auto lending products, dealer networks, or fleet/commercial financing Preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, improve conversion rates, and meet service-level response targets Preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in a regulated environment and strong attention to documentation quality Preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with clients, dealers, and internal partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working in CRM/lead management systems.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Accountable for adhering to the Bank's BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and/or transactions in accordance with the Bank's processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training assigned.
