CDL A Local Driver – Delanco Average Weekly Pay: $1,750 - $2,000 + Bonus Opportunities Home Daily: Home after every route Benefits PTO: 144 hours (nearly 4 weeks) in your first year Predictable Schedules: Quarterly schedules & pay differentials, night route pay differentials, quarterly bonus opportunities, extra day pay, and more Option for 100% Company‑Paid Medical Insurance (plus great Family & Pet benefits) Modern Fleet: Drive well‑maintained, late‑model trucks 401(k) with Carvana Match Discounts on vehicle purchases Company‑paid mobile phone and plan Requirements Valid CDL driver’s license with Med Card At least 21 years of age Ability to read, write, and speak English 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years or equivalent military experience Responsibilities Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance Load and secure vehicles on our 9‑car haulers Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log Transport vehicles between Carvana locations Adhere to the delivery schedule Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL Ensure the safe and timely delivery of customer cars Communicate with the transportation team Physical Requirements Walk 75 feet and climb a 10‑foot ladder Bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure load Stand, stretch, walk, stoop, push and/or pull in an outdoor environment Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity Use safety equipment that may include non‑slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment Frequent driving Visa Sponsorship This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
