Program Financial Analyst (SECRET/TS CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

Job Description

We offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Control Analyst to join our Program Finance department supporting our Electromagnetic Systems group. This position is located in Herndon, Virginia and features a 9/80 work schedule. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to Program Management, aiding in the achievement of programmatic and financial targets and goals.

• Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including supporting program reviews and assisting program managers with cost reduction efforts.

• Assist Program Managers in identifying, managing, and mitigating cost and schedule risks to ensure quality products and on-time deliveries.

• Provide program planning support, including scheduling, performance monitoring, status reporting, data validation, and resource planning.

• Aid management in program setup and control, establishing and maintaining cost/schedule baselines and enforcing strict change control.

• Assist in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and related dictionaries.

• Provide task leaders and program managers with clear, timely, and accurate information to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Control Account Management team (CAMs), and senior technical personnel to ensure the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in value management and estimates at completion.

• Proficiency in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

• Knowledge of DCCA and EVM.

• Familiarity with program control and firm fixed price contracts.

• Possession of a Top Secret DoD security clearance is required to start.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and COBRA software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $128000.00/yr.

a generous pension plan (vested after 3 years), a 401(k) with up to 3% company match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 for graduate studies. Employees also benefit from paid time off, on-site fitness facilities, and a 9/80 work
