Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans by assessing client needs, establishing therapeutic goals, and evaluating progress throughout the counseling process.
• Facilitate supportive therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to confront and overcome emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate specialized care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and comply with all applicable laws and standards, including HIPAA guidelines, to ensure regulatory compliance and client safety.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
