Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Spa Creek Annapolis, MD $33–$38/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists while helping residents improve independence and quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, upper extremity strengthening, coordination, and balance Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to maximize resident outcomes Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Why Join Our Team?
