Sales Director

Job Summary Senior sales leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, revenue growth, and business development across global markets. Oversees sales, customer support, technical commercial teams, and partner relationships while leading strategic planning, operational improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, managing financial and performance objectives, expanding market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning commercial operations with long-term business goals. Supports executive leadership in organizational planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor7s Degree in engineering required. 10+ years of sales leadership experience managing the sales and service functions in a capital equipment business required. International travel may be required. Travel up to 50% of working time. Must be willing to work overtime as required. Experience with Heat Transfer or Vacuum equipment a plus.
