Charge Nurse RN Lead Family-Cocused Patient Care

USA Health Systems

USA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Mobile team. The RN will serve as charge nurse when assigned and provide family-centered nursing care per policy and Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include supervising care by licensed and non-licensed staff, administering medications and blood products, starting IVs, and maintaining accurate medical records in the Hospital Information System while communicating with physicians and patients’ families.
