Location: Saginaw, MI, USA Employment Type: Employee, 10 hours per week Overview At Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health speech language pathologists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. This position supports patients in Saginaw and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide speech language pathology services to patients in‑home. Manage charting and documentation within the EMR system. Maintain consistent communication with patients and families. Ensure timely completion of critical deadlines for charting. Qualifications Master’s degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. License and certification as a Speech Therapist issued by the state in which you will work. Minimum of one year healthcare experience. Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations. Strong time‑management and self‑management skills. Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software. Commitment to consistently meet charting deadlines. Benefits Flexible schedules.
