Safety InvestigationLead multidisciplinary Safety Investigation Boards on worldwide deployments to investigate complex ground mishaps.Analyze systemic mishap data to identify emerging risk trends across the Department of the Army.Formulate safety recommendations for Army-wide dissemination to mitigate latent system failures.Provide technical oversight on draft investigation reports to ensure compliance with Army regulations.Train newly assigned investigators to ensure standardized onboarding and evaluation.Advise military commanders on complex ground mishap prevention and safety operations.
