Job Details

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will oversee individualized ABA treatment programs and provide clinical supervision and guidance to the team members responsible for implementing care.

What you'll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with clinical integrity and consistency
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate closely with families
• Monitor clinical documentation, treatment quality, and client outcomes
• Collaborate with other clinical and operational team members
• Support the professional development of RBTs and other developing clinicians
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with BACB requirements

What we're looking for:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current or eligible state licensure where required
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Experience supervising and developing RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality, individualized care
