Office AdminIES Commercial, Inc. - dba IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time Office Admin to join us in our Holdrege, NE office.Job Summary:Administrative tasks supporting multiple departmentsPerform tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracyUse Excel to balance numbers and entriesAssists with processing of information into timekeeping software systemsAssists with day-to-day record-keeping operationsOrganizes workload to comply with deadlines and prioritiesEnsures compliance with company policies and proceduresCollaborates with other departments including Accounting, Payroll and HRRole is anticipated to expand as business needs develop.Qualifications:2 years related experienceProficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skillsStrong attention-to-detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skillsProficient organizational and time management skillsSuccessfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.Company Overview: IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc.
