We're improving routes, opening up opportunities, and putting drivers first, so you can run smarter, get home more, and keep your career moving forward. If you're ready for a company investing in its drivers, Boyd Bros. is the place to be.

Flatbed Truck Driver (1099) - Job Overview

Step into ownership with strong earnings. Net $85,000-$120,000 per year, earning 65% of revenue + 100% fuel surcharge, with weekly direct deposits, no trailer rentals, and lower fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.*
Start with extra cash in your pocket. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus* when you join Boyd because a strong start matters.
Home weekends, every week. Run hard during the week and be home every weekend, giving you a rhythm that works for real life.
Keep more of what you earn. Get 100% of detention pay, no trailer rentals, and weekly direct-deposit settlements.*
Freight that works smarter. Run the same driver-friendly flatbed freight with 40% drop + hook and 40% non-tarped loads.
Cost savings that add up. Take advantage of Boyd Fuel Network discounts and maintenance savings at the Boyd shop.
