Senior Business Systems Analyst

Our Client Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine department is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and we're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help drive it forward. You'll serve as the critical bridge between scientific stakeholders and IT teams — translating complex biological research workflows into scalable technology solutions.
What you'll do:
- Own requirements documentation and wireframe development for AbbVie's Biologics request system, iterating directly with scientific teams
- Drive Genedata Biologics expansion — onboarding new users and integrating additional workflows
- Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions, facilitate solution design workshops, and champion process improvement
- Support end-to-end system delivery: design, testing, implementation, training, and adoption
- Maintain robust documentation including process flows, user stories, and test plans
What you bring:
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within biotech, pharma, or healthcare
- Hands-on experience with systems supporting therapeutics, clinical development, or genetic data management
- Strong wireframing skills and comfort leading technical stakeholder conversations
- Preferred: Subject matter expertise in Discovery/Development Sciences (Large Molecule); Genedata Biologics experience; systems testing and IT implementation background
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
