TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Redding, California, 96001!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Family Birth Center setting, supporting both low and high-risk deliveries
• Utilize Cerner EMR and Fetal Link for fetal heart monitoring and patient surveillance
• Participate in weekend shift rotation (3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule) and integrate into the facility's holiday rotation
• Float as needed to Postpartum (couplet care) and, if experienced, to NICU for feeder and grower assignments
• Collaborate with an in-house Laborist (OB physician available 24/7), Respiratory Therapy, and Pharmacy teams
• Complete a proctored, onsite Dysrhythmia Test on the first day of assignment (pass/fail)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Labor and Delivery experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN certifications
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and fetal monitoring systems
• Ability to pass an onsite proctored Dysrhythmia Test on day one
• Ability to adhere to California nurse-to-patient ratio requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with OR circulating in a Labor and Delivery or Family Birth Center environment
• Prior NICU experience with feeder and grower patient populations
• Familiarity with Phillips fetal heart monitoring systems
