Job Description a Pharmaceutical company located in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr. BI Engineer to join their team. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer leads the design and development of scalable business intelligence and analytics solutions that support scientific and operational decision‑making across the companies research and development organization. This role combines strong business intelligence expertise with the ability to design scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics‑ready datasets that ensure consistency, performance, and reuse across the organization. Working closely with Research and Development, Business and System Analysts, Data Platforms and business stakeholders, this individual serves as a senior partner translating complex scientific and business questions into intuitive dashboards, trusted metrics, and decision‑ready insights.
