Data Analyst - Inventory - Effingham

Salary: $45,000 - 48,700 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates with at least 3 years of data analysis experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and comfortable navigating computer systems.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills are needed.

• We rely on the Inventory Analyst to upload physical inventory counts for all stores and work with Accounts Payable, Purchasing, IT, and Distribution Center Operations to verify inventory accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Analyze store, distribution center, and online inventory data and report findings weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Research missed receiving for AP and DLPS, and help DLPS investigate inventory variances.
• Support stores with receiving and inventory questions.
• Create and analyze reports for inventory research and the 1301 account.
• Assist with duplicate payments into the shrink account.
• Help create and implement standard operating procedures for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments on initiatives that support positive business outcomes.
• Use sound judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Participate in training, workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities.
• Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to internal and external contacts.
