Managing a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, drive product evolution based on client feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through strategic planning and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of high-ARR and high-growth-potential enterprise accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quality product and experience while developing success plans aligned with their objectives Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency in account management and foster a culture of professionalism and customer advocacy Required Qualifications 5-10 years of work experience, with 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management Experience with large enterprise customer success and servicing institutional clients of various sizes Proven ability to influence key decision makers, particularly at the VP level and above Strong project management skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude Experience optimizing processes and adopting AI-assisted workflows to enhance account coverage
