As a Shift Manager, you will inspire and support your team to provide our guests with delicious food served fast and friendly in a clean, safe, and inviting facility and meet company goals. This includes providing positive leadership and constant coaching and training to your team to: Accurately and efficiently take and prepare guest orders Cleanly and safely manage and prep food Clean and maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and premises Follow Arby’s policies and procedures Use computers, telephones, and other equipment Work as a team to meet company goals and service standards in a fast-paced environment Calmly resolve customer and employee issues What qualifications do we require? At least 18 years old ServSafe Certified or become ServSafe Certified before you finish instore training Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays Reliable and punctual attendance Ability to occasionally lift to 50lbs. Satisfactory background check Driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record Ability to work independently Drive for personal and professional growth and success Willingness to work hard, have fun, and do what it takes to get it done!
