Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an Integrated Program Planning Manager to join our mission. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of schedulers as the badged manager. You will be responsible for all management responsibilities for this team including performance management. This team manages the test schedules for the ATLS (ATLO Test Labs & Services) group. ATLS comprises thirteen labs located on Denver and Sunnyvale campuses. The scheduling team is split between these two sites. Summary of Key Duties:

• Oversee all work performed by your team and engage to ensure ATLS is being supported to meet organizational commitments on cost & schedule
• Determine personnel assignments for team members to effectively develop and maintain lab level schedules
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of work in process and be able to clearly and effectively communicate status, issues, and path forward plans to multiple levels of the organization (ATLS Leadership or Production Leadership), as well as communicate schedule and cost performance data to program stakeholders
• Perform look ahead analysis to proactively manage potential upcoming conflicts and obstacles in order to minimize any impact to hardware delivery. In addition, you will perform headcount forecasting to provide staffing recommendations to leadership
• Identify process improvements that will prove to reduce production cost and improve schedule performance
• Determine the best tools for schedulers to use to maintain and publish schedules as aligned with 1LM priorities
• Develop and drive effective metrics to help the ATLS organization achieve its goals related to cost & schedule performance #LMSpaceRA
