We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $89,544.00 - $136,468.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually. Overview: Sentara Health Corporate Office is hiring an Education Specialist - Inpatient Case Management to support regional Inpatient Case Management Teams! Status: Full-Time,permanent position (40 hours) Standard working hours- 8am to 5pm EST M-F. No major holidays. May work on weekends as needed.
- 2-4 days per week at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital (SNGH), Norfolk, VA
- 1-2 days per week at Sentara Park 1330, Virginia Beach, VA
- N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree REQUIRED
- Registered Nurse License (RN) - Nursing License in VA or NC or Compact/Multi-State License
- Certification in Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM or RN-BC) required. If not certified, certification must be completed within one year of hire.
- 3 years experience in Acute Care REQUIRED
- 1 year experience in Training REQUIRED
- 3 years experience in Case Management REQUIRED
- 1 year experience as an Educator REQUIRED
