Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room (OR) – Travel Assignment

Start Date: Early November 2024

Location: Available to qualified applicants

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, 13-week assignment with potential for extension

Highlights:

• Operating room experience with diverse surgical case mix including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, and C-Sections
• No cardiac or neurosurgical cases; no pediatric patients
• Electronic medical record system: Meditech with paper charting workflow
• Adult patient population in acute care surgical setting

Requirements:

• Current RN license in applicable state
• Minimum 2 years of acute care OR experience required
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Demonstrated competency in Orthopedic, Gynecological, Urological, and General Surgery cases
• Experience assisting with C-Sections (blocks and epidurals not required)
• Familiarity with Meditech charting system preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
