What You'll Be DoingAs a Food Truck Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing menu items like our signature smash burgers, melts, and loaded fries, following established recipes and safety standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the food truck to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
- Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Engaging with customers and sharing your knowledge about our menu items.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a mix of skills, experience, and passion for food. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience is preferred. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we also value experience in retail, grocery, or similar environments.
- Time Management : The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods.
- Food Safety Knowledge : A solid understanding of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
- Team Player : Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focused : A friendly personality and a genuine desire to make every customer’s experience memorable.

While we don’t offer additional benefits at this time, we do provide competitive hourly wages starting at $11-$13 per hour, plus an average of $5-$10+ per hour in tips.
