If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!The practice of radiography is performed by a segment of health care professionals responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. A multimodality technologist performs radiographic and CT Scan procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by, or by the request of, a licensed independent practitioner.What You’ll Do:Maintains a working knowledge of all radiographic and CT Scan equipment within the department.Prepares and positions patient for CT and X-Ray procedures according to the procedure manual.Adjusts technical factors in proportion to patient and body part being examined while minimizing radiation.Prepares and/or administers contrast media, i.e., orally, IV, rectally.Checks patient charts for lab results and allergies prior to the administration of IV contrast.Provides radiation protection to patient, staff and self according to prescribed safety standards.Who You Are:Graduate of an accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology, RequiredBoard of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Certification, RequiredARRT (CT) certification, Required within 24 months of hireARRT (Rad Tech) certification, RequiredAbility to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employmentWhy You’ll Love Us:Health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for full-time & part-time employeesShort term, long term disability, Accident insurance, & life insuranceTuition ReimbursementReferral bonusesAccrued earned time for full-time & part-time employees403b Retirement plans, with generous employer contributionsAnd more!$15,000 sign on bonus eligible
