Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, quality patient care to patients of all ages utilizing the nursing process
• Provide specialized care for cardiac patients within a 30-bed Telemetry unit, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Float to Med/Surg and remote Telemetry units as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1–2 years of Telemetry or Step-Down experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Ability to manage blocked scheduling requests and adapt to flexible unit needs
