Role Description The Gym Front Desk role at USSPT is a full-time, on-site position based in Lewisville, TX. This team member will greet and check in clients, manage membership and class registrations, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner. Daily responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining accurate records in gym management software, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable. The role also involves coordinating schedules with coaches, assisting with client intake forms, and communicating gym policies to members. The Gym Front Desk staff supports a positive client experience by providing attentive service, efficient administrative support, and clear communication. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, coaches, and visitors. Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including answering calls, routing inquiries, and managing appointments. Basic computer literacy, with comfort using email, scheduling tools, and membership or point-of-sale systems. Ability to maintain an organized front desk area, manage multiple tasks, and handle administrative responsibilities accurately. Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule on-site in Lewisville, TX. Previous experience in a gym, sports performance facility, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Interest in fitness, sports, or athletic development and a willingness to learn about USSPT’s training philosophy.
