This role oversees daily operations, supports nursing staff, promotes regulatory compliance, and helps ensure exceptional resident outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unitSupervise and support CNAs and nursing staffMonitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up on changesConduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concernsAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesMaintain accurate clinical documentationParticipate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary conferencesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsSupport survey readiness and quality improvement effortsCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomesQualificationsCurrent, unrestricted South Carolina LPN licenseCurrent CPR certificationSupervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferredKnowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory complianceExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsMust maintain licensure in good standing with the State Board of Nursing PACS Inc
