About the Role

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Verizon Authorized Retail team.

This is a sales-driven position for someone who enjoys working with customers, earning commission, and achieving goals. You will help customers choose the right wireless solutions while selling smartphones, tablets, accessories, protection plans, home internet, and other Verizon products and services.

We are looking for people who want more than just an hourly job — we want individuals who are motivated to sell, learn, grow, and earn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an excellent retail experience
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend appropriate Verizon products and services
• Sell smartphones, tablets, watches, accessories, protection plans, and other wireless products
• Promote Verizon Home Internet and other eligible services
• Handle new lines, upgrades, device activations, account transactions, and number transfers
• Consistently work toward individual and store sales goals
• Explain promotions, pricing, financing, and service options clearly and accurately
• Maintain strong knowledge of current Verizon products, promotions, and technology
• Follow all company, Verizon, fraud-prevention, customer privacy, and account-security procedures
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction information
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, store cleanliness, and opening/closing responsibilities
• Follow up with customers and help generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with management and teammates to improve overall store performance

Compensation

Competitive Base Pay + Commission + Performance Incentives
