Bilingual Human Resources Assistant
LHH is seeking a bilingual HR Assistant for our client in Chicago! The person in this role will be assisting with various administrative HR duties, including benefits administration, leaves of absence, and other projects.
Job overview:
- Contract for 4-6 months
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm
- 35 hour work week
- Pay rate: $25-30/hour
- Location: 100% onsite, Humboldt Park area
Responsibilities include:
- Benefits enrollment (new hires and upcoming open enrollment season)
- Assisting with FMLA/LOA processing
- Performance evaluation projects
- Various reporting and projects in Paylocity system
Start date: ASAP
Please apply if you have 2 or more years of HR Administrative experience and are bilingual (fluent) in English/Spanish.
