Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and execute AI ML assurance, validate and test models for quality and trustworthiness, assess data quality and model performance, design test approaches for AI ML use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document and report findings, promote bias and fairness awareness.

Job Description:

• Lead AI and Machine Learning assurance planning and execution for diverse use cases.
• Design and implement model validation and trustworthy AI testing strategies.
• Assess data quality and model performance to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data science, compliance, and business teams to drive risk assessment and reporting.
• Promote bias and fairness awareness, and explain complex AI/ML concepts to stakeholders.
