Assistant to Plant Manager and Administrative Assistant Jag Mobile Solutions in Howe, Indiana Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM Pay starts at 18.50 per hour and increases to 20.50 per hour at direct hire This is a temp to hire position About the Role Jag Mobile Solutions is looking for an organized, dependable Assistant to the Plant Manager to support daily operations at our Howe facility. This role keeps the plant running smoothly by handling tools, supplies, employee records, and internal communications. Responsibilities Manage and track plant tools, including check out, returns, and inventory Order and maintain supplies so production and office areas stay stocked Monitor and maintain employee documentation and keep records up to date Create flyers and signage to share plant updates, safety reminders, and announcements Update messages and announcements on the breakroom TV displays Support the Plant Manager with additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable with computers, including basic Microsoft Word and Excel Able to create simple flyers using Canva, Word, or similar programs Clear communicator who works well with employees at all levels Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Why Join Consistent weekday day shift with no weekends Clear path to direct hire with a pay increase Hands on role supporting plant leadership #Kendallville #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Resources Staffing Services
