# G2G Operations Preparation EngineerApplylocations: DE - Oberpfaffenhofen - GCC-D: CZ - Euspa Praguetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0031299**Job Description:**We are seeking a G2G Operations Preparation Engineer with strong project management skills and proven experience within the Galileo project to support the G2G program during its critical In-Orbit Validation phase.**Key Responsibilities*** Follow the development of the G2G infrastructure from a service provision perspective to prepare effectively for G2G operations.* Participate in all system milestones and lead the review of associated documentation.* Follow and regularly review the program integrated schedule agreed with the System Design Authority, actively highlighting schedule margins and risks.* Monitor the links between the project schedule and Customer undertakings.* Follow and monitor the GALILEO Service Operator activities related to the preparation of G2G IOV operations for both space and ground segments, including: + Participation in all operational milestones (OVRR, OVR, ORR, etc.) and review of associated documentation. + Participation in SCTC test campaigns and review of associated documentation. + Review of regular deliverables from the GALILEO Service Operator. + Participation in regular and ad-hoc meetings.**Essential Skills and Qualifications*** Engineering degree in Aerospace or another relevant technical field.* At least 6 years of professional experience in a service-oriented management role, actively engaging with customers.* Operations (OPS) experience within the Galileo project, ideally with G2G, including a strong knowledge of deployment and operational needs.* Capacity to act as an effective interface between ESA and operations teams, with the ability to technically challenge ESA proposals.* Proven experience in Project Management, including the ability to prioritize different and parallel activities.* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.* Strong problem-solving aptitude combined with the ability to work with little or no supervision as a fast learner.* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-player attitude.**Desirable Skills*** Familiarity with the current G2G IOV phase, including ground/space infrastructure development, SCTC campaigns, and the upcoming ground segment qualification and operational validation phases.**Furthermore*** Applicants must hold citizenship of an EU member state.* Please submit your curriculum vitae (CV) utilizing the latest Europass format.* Candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo a European SUE security clearance (Secret UE / EU Secret).* Please state your earliest availability / notice period and your salary expectations in your application.**Seniority:**Senior**Primary Location:**DE - Oberpfaffenhofen - GCC-D**Additional Locations:**CZ - Euspa Prague**Contract Type:**Employee-Permanent**Hybrid Working:**Onsite
