Position Overview As a Clinical & Financial Performance Manager you will lead initiatives that align clinical performance with financial outcomes, improving total cost of care, quality results, and revenue integrity. Primary Responsibilities Identify and address cost drivers through care standardization and variation reduction. Lead quality management initiatives including regulatory performance, patient safety, and incentives. Partner with finance and clinical leaders on revenue cycle, documentation integrity, and payment alignment. Travel As needed, could be up to 80% travel. Why Join the Accenture Healthcare Team? Qualifications Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost‑of‑care transformation, quality improvement, or clinical finance. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cost accounting, service‑line economics, or payer payment models. Exposure to quality programs (Stars, HEDIS, CMS, state regulatory measures). Experience partnering with CFO, finance, or revenue cycle leadership. Strong analytical skills linking clinical levers to financial outcomes. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
