You are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to bank with us. Our tellers believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships with our customers, who span generations. They are empathetic problem-solvers that have a genuine care for people and consistently deliver our kind of banking experience—the kind that makes people want to stop by the bank and say hello.What you'll do :Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standardsPerform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and proceduresMaintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactionsFill change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instrumentsManage risk while actively practicing loss preventionUtilize critical-thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiencyAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 12:15pm–5:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pmAdditional Preferred Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsNext-level customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft applicationsCash-handling experienceFrost Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
