Auto Interior Repair - $4,000 Bonus

Responsibilities Repair damaged cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery. Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching. Color match and dye cloth and fabric. Repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields. Benefits Competitive wage with 401(k) matching. Pay Range: $25 - $33 Schedule Mandatory overtime may be required to meet customer delivery commitments. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience. Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently. At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (MVR check may apply). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to extreme weather conditions. Use of safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
