Settlement Support Legal Mail Specialist

Hybrid Onsite 3 days a week in Richmond, VA

Our client requires a consultant to identify, catalog, and action settlement support legal mail in a digitized mail database. Legal mail consists of liens, levies, garnishments, and court order holds for global payment network participants.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45.00 to $50.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Identify legal mail items related to liens, levies, garnishments, and court order holds.
Catalog and maintain accurate records within the digitized mail database.
Action items according to established settlement support procedures and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and fulfill documentation requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and legal obligations.

Experience Requirements:

Experience handling legal or financial mail workflows in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with liens, levies, garnishments, and court order holds.
Proficiency with data entry and cataloging within document or mail management systems.
Ability to interpret procedural guidelines and apply them consistently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
