Director of Sales & Marketing — Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport Keshav Management LLC | Pensacola, FL (on-site) + Remote Support for Residence Inn Macon, GA | Full-Time Company Overview Keshav Management LLC is a hotel management company overseeing a growing portfolio of branded, select- and upper-select-service hotels, including Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport, Days Inn Statesboro (GA), Quality Inn Hardeeville (SC), and Residence Inn Macon (GA). We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Sales & Marketing to be based on-site at Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport, driving corporate, airline, group, and long-term-stay business as the hotel transitions to Keshav Management ownership, while also remotely supporting sales efforts at our Residence Inn Macon (Marriott) property. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground Director of Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives for Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport, with additional remote sales responsibility for Residence Inn Macon. This is an on-property, out-in-the-market role - not a desk job. You will be expected to actively prospect in the local community, negotiate directly with airline crews and corporate accounts, track construction and development activity for long-term/extended-stay business, and build the account base that drives this newly acquired hotel's long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strong in-person negotiation skills, comfort managing two properties across two brands, and a genuine drive to be out in the field rather than behind a desk. Duties Serve as the primary, on-site sales presence at Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport - actively prospecting, cold-calling, and meeting face-to-face with local businesses, airlines, and organizations rather than managing sales remotely. Lead intensive negotiations with airline crew business, contractors, and corporate accounts to secure and renew crew room-block agreements, negotiated corporate rates, and long-term stay contracts. Proactively visit local construction sites, project trailers, and area developments to identify contractor and extended-stay housing needs, building relationships with project managers and procurement contacts ahead of competitors. Develop and execute a long-term account growth strategy for the property, identifying new demand generators (airport-related business, corporate relocations, government/military, construction and industrial projects) beyond current production.
