Project Manager

Abbott seeks a Project Manager in Pleasanton, California to coordinate product development initiatives across functional teams. The role manages project lifecycles, monitors business processes, and facilitates communication between stakeholders and senior management to support division strategy.
Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and improve business processes for project management and integrated business planning
- Manage product-related projects by coordinating activities across R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams
- Serve as liaison between project owners, teams, and management to ensure accurate communication of achievements and issues
- Facilitate cross-functional team effectiveness and resolve project team conflicts and data integrity issues
- Provide timely business updates on project status, resource needs, risks, and escalations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline
- Minimum 4 years of product development, project management, or business process implementation experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
- PMP Certification
- Cross-functional collaboration and team alignment skills
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Process-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
Compensation: $85,600-$156,000 base
