What We're Looking For:

• Licensed or In School: Active NH real estate license OR currently in school / ready to enroll (we guide licensing).
• Coachable & Hungry: You want consistency and will follow a proven process.
• Local to Southern NH: Live within ~30 min of Bedford, Manchester, Nashua, Concord or Portsmouth/Seacoast.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to provided opportunities and SOI and maintain thoughtful follow-up in BrokerKit.
• Client Service: Guide buyers and sellers through consultations, showings, offers and closings.
• Pipeline Management: Keep your activity and next steps organized and execute activity goals.
• Skill Development: Participate in mentorship, training and team collaboration.

• Pay: Commission pay ($65,000 - $150,000+ annually)
