A growing Rehab organization in the industry, Rehab Advisors a division of Tender Touch Rehab Services and provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to in-house Skilled Nursing Facilities across the country. Our dedicated therapists combine their expertise and extensive knowledge to improve our patient’s care.

To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, Rehab Advisors is actively seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD’s orders.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges
• Complete all documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
