Job Description Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients - no cold calling. Build trust quickly and confidently guide clients through the hiring process. Convert qualified leads into retained clients through consultative sales techniques. Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base. Accurately document conversations and manage leads within the CRM system. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong conversion pipeline. Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Meet and exceed individual sales, conversion, and performance goals. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. 1+ year of law firm intake experience or professional sales experience. Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with clients by phone. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset. Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. CRM experience is a plus.
