Care Advantage, Inc. is looking for multiple Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) across Virginia to support our growing High Acuity Division. Our care teams provide one-on-one care in clients' homes to provide the best care possible to our patients. Our goal is to decrease depression and mitigate cognitive impairment with specialized care plans developed by our Registered Nurses while keeping our patients safe and comfortable in their own homes. Join our team and take the first step towards a career in care!This position offers some great benefits and opportunities, including:Rewarding career pathOpportunity for quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance$500 friend referral bonusEmployee recognition programsPaid in-service trainingOvertime opportunities Flexible scheduleLPN Responsibilities:Provide and implement direct patient careProvide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of careAssess and provide family/caregiver education and informationAssist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties, which include preparing equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique as required, and assisting the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniquesParticipate in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, ST, Dietician) to the registered nurse and/or Clinical SupervisorRequirement/Eligibility:Eligible to work in the United StatesCPR Certification and PPD Certification1+ year experience as an LPNValid LPN License with at least (1) one year of work experienceValid Driver's licenseReliable transportationCare Advantage, Inc. and its affiliates are Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employers.
