Travel Registered Nurse Cath Lab

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Current RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Central Venous Access/Port Placement - Circulate Procedures - Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab - Insertion/Programming of AICDs - Interventional Cardiac Cath lab - Monitoring Procedural Sedation Description: The role involves working in a split lab environment. Traveling between cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology is expected. Weekend work is part of the call schedule. There is an expectation of 9-10 call shifts in a 6-week schedule, including weekends. Floating within the facility and scope of practice may be required as needed. The unit accepts first-time travelers with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The candidate has 48 hours for profile review and confirmation after acceptance. Full compliance is required to start on time. If compliance is not met in time, the start date may be pushed back two weeks due to orientation schedules. If holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work a specified number of holidays. All RTO must be finalized at the time of submission. No RTO or schedule requests can be made post offer or onsite. Compliance documentation must be completed by the deadline to ensure timely onboarding. Modules will be completed during orientation and vary by specialty.
