As an Irregular Warfare (IW) Planner, you will shape the integration of irregular warfare concepts across joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational planning efforts. You will assess complex operational environments to identify irregular threats, partner‑force capabilities, and opportunities to create strategic advantage. In this role, you will develop courses of action that apply unconventional, asymmetric, and information‑focused approaches while synchronizing activities across information, cyber, psychological, civil‑military, and influence operations. You will collaborate with intelligence, operations, and interagency partners to fuse analytic insights into operational design and advise commanders on the employment of irregular forces, surrogate elements, and partner‑nation assets. You will plan activities that counter proxy forces, insurgents, and adversarial influence networks and organizations and may be embedded within information‑focused operational elements to provide expert planning support that enhances mission readiness. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
