Job Requirements Candidates must be certified by the Rhode Island Department of Education in the following area: - Middle Grades English Teacher, Grades 5-8 Preference will be given to candidates who hold or can demonstrate progress towards an English as a Second Language certification issued by the Rhode Island Department of Education.
