Join Us as a Precision Assembly and Production Technician

Location: Surrounding Tallahassee Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts

A day in this role

You arrive ready to build. You’ll read measurements, gather components, and assemble parts to exact specifications using hand tools and light production equipment. Throughout the day, you’ll move between assembly, kitting orders, and preparing shipments—keeping quality, accuracy, and safety front and center. You’ll help keep the floor organized, support inventory tasks, and pitch in wherever the production team needs you most.

What you’ll do

• Assemble materials and components to spec, following work instructions and SOPs
• Use hand tools and light equipment to complete daily build and production tasks
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area (think 5S habits)
• Assist across production and warehouse operations as needs shift during the day
• Support order verification, basic inventory counts, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately
• Attention to detail with a pride-in-quality mindset
• Dependable, positive, and eager to learn new processes
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Strong commitment to safety practices and company procedures

Preferred experience

• Mechanical or technical background
• Hands-on familiarity with hand tools and production environments
• Resourceful problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

You should be proficient in

• Tape Measure Reading
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
