Join our team!Job DescriptionPerform support functions for equipment installation start-ups, warranty visits, and upgrades at customers' facilities. Will work with various departments while on-site for completion and equipment sign-off. Company-paid travel is required for a minimum of 75% of the time for projects.Essential FunctionsTravels for field service and warranty issues to customer sitesAssists Technicians with projects when not travelingWorks with customer personnel to gain approval of the equipment in the customer's plantWorks with the customer personnel to complete operator and maintenance training in the customer's plantCompletes testing or repairs of equipment with budgeted hours and timeline in mindReview manuals and spare parts lists with customersEnsure safety protocols are followed so there are zero lost time accidentsFollows department standards and guidelinesContributes to meeting the annual Customer Services sales goalDirectly accountable for managing self and leading others towards the advancement of our Vision, Mission and Values & BeliefsSkills & Abilities Required/PreferredSkilled and Experienced in operating Microsoft Office Suite of Products and Syteline ERP systemMechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic/Pneumatic skilled knowledge and experienceKnowledge of reading Foundation, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and General Arrangement drawings and answering questionsSkilled in the Process Flow of remote troubleshootingStrong verbal and written communication skillsTakes the lead in the completion of issuesSkilled and Experienced to collaborate with a Cross Functional Team within The Bradbury GroupKnowledge and Experience to discern what is right and fair for the long-term success of a Customer RelationshipSkilled and a Leader in using mechanical prints to troubleshootAbility to communicate with Bradbury vendorsKnowledge of domestic and international shippingSkilled at navigating customer service equipment booksFully understand and be able to instruct Test Technicians I & II on operator controls and equipment operationAbility to negotiate with customers when and where it is required, with Bradbury's best interest in mind and to bring a fair and reasonable resolution to our customersEducation/Training Required/PreferredPrefer formal industrial-related training - machining, electrical, mechanical, fluid power, controls, and/or industrial machine maintenanceTrainingFor a period of 3-9 months, training will take place at headquarters in Kansas.
